Welcome to Aperture AI ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services at aperture-ai.run, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
Aperture AI provides API routing and access services to multiple third-party AI models (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others) through a unified account interface. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any underlying provider.
2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- You agree to provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Aperture AI for:
- Illegal activities or content (per Indonesian, Singapore, and international law)
- Harassment, hate speech, or harmful content
- Generating CSAM, deepfakes of real persons without consent, or non-consensual imagery
- Spamming, phishing, or malware distribution
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing rate limits
- Reselling access without our written permission
4. Payment & Refunds
- Prices are displayed in IDR or USD as applicable
- One-time payments grant lifetime access subject to fair use
- 30-day money-back guarantee — full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked

5. Fair Use Policy
Lifetime access is subject to fair use limits (10,000 requests/day for Pro). Excessive automated abuse may result in rate limiting or account suspension. We reserve the right to adjust limits to maintain service quality for all users.
6. Third-Party AI Providers
Aperture AI routes requests to third-party AI providers. We do not control their outputs, availability, or content policies. You agree to comply with each provider's terms when using their models through our service.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Aperture AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated content (always verify before using)
- Service downtime caused by third-party providers
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of income or business arising from our service
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account anytime by emailing us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be emailed to registered users.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts, except where local consumer protection law (e.g., Indonesia) provides otherwise.
